Milk
At MilkyBay, milk isn't just nourishment - it's nature's most honest gift.
From the way it's produced to the way it reaches your home, every drop of MilkyBay milk is crafted with care, integrity, and reverence for life itself.
Our farm is home to Gir and Sahiwal cows - two of India's most revered indigenous breeds, known for their gentle temperament and naturally nutrient-rich milk.Unlike crossbred or high-yield dairy cows, these desi breeds produce A2 milk, which contains the A2 beta-casein protein - a form closer to what nature originally intended for human digestion.Their milk is naturally sweet, easier on the stomach, and known to strengthen immunity, improve nutrient absorption, and support overall well-being. This is the milk that sustained generations before industrial dairying - the milk our ancestors trusted
Why is A2 a better choice?
Most commercially available milk today contains a mix of Al and A2 proteins, due to crossbreeding and yield-focused practices.
The Al variant has been linked to inflammation, bloating, and digestive discomfort in many individuals. while A2 milk, produced by our indigenous cows. is gentle, gut-friendly, and naturally digestible - even for those who are mildly lactose intolerant.
Simply put, A2 milk is milk in its original, unaltered form pure, wholesome, and in harmony with your body.
No Hormones. No Shortcuts. No Compromise.

Pasteurised Milk
Boiling raw milk within the first 2 hours of receiving it might be a hassle for few households. That's why we pasteurise the milk at 72 degrees for a 15 second holding period. Then, it is cooled till about 4 degrees to deactivate the enzymes and enhance its storage period & shelf life. Thereafter, it is packed in hygienic glass bottles which can be easily twisted open before consump-tion.
As a general practice, all bottles are washed and sanitized before every filling operation to eliminate any dirt or microorganism.

Raw milk contains many components that kill pathogens and strengthen the immune system. These components are largely inactivated by the heat of pasteurization and ultrapasteurization. Pasteurization destroys the probiotics, denatures delicate protein and decreases
