Nestled along the serene banks of Damdama Lake in Gurgaon, our farm is a place where nature and nurture come together in perfect harmony. Approved by the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, it is a thoughtfully designed space where our indigenous cows roam freely, drink clean water, and are encouraged to take tranquil afternoon strolls through the nearby hills.
Far from highways, pollution, and city clamor, our cows live in quiet comfort, surrounded by fresh air and natural rhythms. Their wellbeing is our priority — with veterinary checks conducted daily, we ensure that health and happiness are part of their every day life.
Since our humble beginnings, we’ve grown gently, guided by values rather than volume. Today, we’re proud to deliver fresh, unadulterated milk to over 200 households in Gurgaon, and our artisanal A2 Ghee graces the kitchens of 1,500+ homes that seek not just nutrition, but tradition and trust in every spoonful.
Milking is a gentle, hygienic process. Each session begins with a thorough udder inspection, followed by the use of sanitized milking machines that are cleaned after every cow, maintaining minimal human contact to preserve purity. Our operations are supported by a round-the-clock electricity supply, including backup generators, so that temperatures and standards are meticulously maintained.
Our machinery features an advanced CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, ensuring every surface is regularly flushed, sanitized, and ready for the next batch.
Cows
At MilkyBay, we honour the legacy of India’s indigenous cows, whose milk — rich in A2 beta-casein — is a gift of digestibility, nourishment, and purity. This is the milk our ancestors relied on, untouched by modern mutations, free from the A1 protein often linked to inflammation and digestive distress.
A2 milk, unlike A1 or buffalo milk, is naturally easier to digest and gentle on the stomach, even for those who are lactose intolerant. It’s been associated with better immunity, improved protein absorption, and even a reduced risk of diabetes in children.
In fact, its profile is so pure and close to nature that it is said to be the closest in palatability to a mother’s milk, making it a deeply nourishing choice for every generation.
Our farm is home to purebred Gir and Sahiwal cows - all housed in environments tailored to their unique comfort. We believe that the quality of milk begins with the quality of life, and so our cows are raised organically, with no hormonal injections or synthetic boosters used at any stage.
Their diet is thoughtfully curated with a balance of vital nutrients, and whenever possible, they are encouraged to free-graze on our own organically grown green fodder.
This connection to the land results in milk with a natural sweetness and unmatched purity—a flavour we believe should remain uncompromised and unaltered.
At MilkyBay, we also uphold one of the most sacred aspects of dairy farming: the bond between cow and calf.
